The Fulfillment of Wishes in Paradise

“and they shall dwell forever in that which their souls desire” [Surah Al-’Anbiyaa’ 21:102]

“No soul knows what comfort is is kept hidden for them, as a recompense for their deeds.” [Surah As-Sajdah 32:17]

“and you shall have therein what your souls desire and you shall have therein what you ask for:” [Surah Fussilat 41:31]

“and there will be found all that the souls desire, and the eyes delight in, and therein, you shall dwell forever.” [Surah Az-Zukhruf 43:71]

“And the flesh of fowls, any that they may desire.” [Surah Al-Waaqi‘ah 56:21]

“Indeed, the righteous will be among shades and springs * and such fruits as their hearts desire” [Surah Al-Mursalaat 77:41,42]

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, Allah, the Blessed and the Most High said: “I have prepared for my righteous servants what no eye has seen, no ear has heard of and what has never occurred to a human’s heart “ [Bukhari 3244, 4779, 4780 and 7498 Muslim 2824, 2825 and others]

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “a man of the people of Paradise will ask his Lord’s permission to grow some plants. Allah will ask him, “Do you not already have all that you want?” He will say, “Yes, but I like to grow plants.” So he will go and plant his seeds, and within the blinking of an eye they will grow, ripen, be harvested and piled up like mountains. Allah will say, “Here you are, O son of Adam, there is nothing that will make you satisfied!”[Bukhari 6965]

It was narrated from Sulaymaan ibn Buraydah from his father that a man asked the Prophet (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): O Messenger of Allah, will there be horses in Paradise? He said: “If Allah admits you to Paradise, whenever you wish be carried on a horse of red rubies that will fly you wherever you want in Paradise, you will be able to do this.” And another man asked him: O Messenger of Allah, will there be camels in Paradise? but he did not give him the same answer that he had given to his companion. Instead, he said to him: “If Allah admits you to Paradise, you will have therein whatever your heart desires and that which delights your eyes.” [At-Tirmidhi 2543]

It was narrated from Abu Sa‘eed Al-Khudree that the Prophet (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “If the believer desired to have a child in Paradise, the pregnancy and delivery, then the child will be the age that the man wants, and all of this will take only an hour” [At-Tirmidhi 2563 Ibn Majah 4338 Saheeh Ibn Hibbaan 7404]

The Utensils and Tools of People of Paradise’s

“There shall be passed around them platters of gold, and cups, therein being whatever the souls desire, and the eyes delight in. ‘And therein, you shall dwell forever.” [Surah Az-Zukhruf 43:71]

“They will be served by immortal youths, With cups and jugs, and a glass from the flowing wine, that will neither make the head throb, nor intoxicate” [Surah Al-Waaqi‘ah 56:17-19]

“and there shall be passed around them vessels of silver, and goblets of crystal, crystal of silver that they have measured, very exactly.” [Surah Al-Insaan 76:15, 16]

Narrated Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with them), that the messenger of Allah (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The first group to enter Paradise will look like the moon on the night when it is full, they will not spit, blow their noses or defecate. Their vessels will be of gold, their combs will be of gold and silver, their sweat will smell like musk and their incense will be the Ulwah (aloeswood). Each will be married to two of Al-Hoor Al-‘Een, the marrow of the bones of the wives’ legs will be seen through the flesh out of excessive beauty. They will have no disagreement between them, nor hatred, their hearts will be as if one heart. They will be praising Allah day and night.” [Bukhari 3245]

Narrated Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with them), that the messenger of Allah (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The first group to enter Paradise will look like the moon on the night when it is full, then those who follow them will look like the brightest star in the sky, their hearts will be as if one heart, and they will have no disagreement between them, nor hatred. Each will be married to two of Al-Hoor Al-‘Een, the marrow of the bones of the wives’ legs will be seen through the flesh out of excessive beauty, and they will be praising Allah day and night. They will suffer no illnesses nor will they spit or blow their noses. Their vessels will be of gold and silver and their combs will be of gold; the coals of their incense burners will be aloeswood and their sweat will smell like musk.” [Bukhari 3246 Muslim 2834 and others].

Narrated Abu Abu Moosa Al-Ash‘aree (may Allah be pleased with them), that the messenger of Allah (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Two gardens of silver, their vessels and whatever is within them; and two gardens of gold, their vessels and whatever is within them. And there will be nothing as a barrier between the people [who inhabit them] and seeing their lord but for the robe of Glory over his face in the Garden of Eden” [Bukhari 4878 and others]
